    Yowsers! That's amazing that you did all that on your home machine! I recently tried fusible batting for some small projects, and I wasn't thrilled with it. Your quilt is gorgeous!

    Thanks for your kind words. I tried fusible batting some time ago and HATED it. I have used nothing but spray basting for the last 100+ quilts, including many queens and kings. Needless to say I love the stuff!

    Woah!!! Awesome quilt! I think it's great inspiration that you did the quilting on your domestic machine, too! A friend and I have just finished piecing a top for a mutual friend that is about 113 x 120 or so, and we want to quilt it ourselves but have been doubtful if we could - now I'm ready to give it a hearty go! Thanks so much for sharing that gorgeous quilt.
