I saw this quilt in a vendor booth at the Sisters, Oregon show. I would love help identifying it. Anyone know it's name and approximately when it is from?

I found this online regarding this pattern:

Quilt Notes: For pattern templates of PINE BURR, see 500 FULL SIZE PATCHWORK PATTERNS by Maggie Malone, Stirling Publishing, 1985. According to Barbara Brackman's ENCYCLOPEDIA OF PIECED QUILT PATTERNS, the design first appeared in print in the syndicated column by Nancy Page (Florence LaGanka Harris) which was published by many periodicals in the 1920's-1940's.

I quess I didn't think of this quilt as a pine burr. All of the quilts I have seen called pine burr were a single triangle with "feathered" edges. So I guess there are 2 blocks with the same name.

Beautiful quilt...I was looking at the pattern on quilterscache and actually think I might try to convert it to a handpiecing project once I finish my GFG.... It's gorgeous in the Red/white.....have to consider whether to do it in a specific color pathway or scrappy though!
