    It came from a book called The Farmer,s Wife Sampler Quilt. The pattern is a bit different because the stars are not pieced from small triangles but cut whole with insets. Tricky but worth it.

    Beautiful. No wonder he cried I would have cried to if someone had taken the time to make something so wonderful and special that was filled with Love for me. Great job.

    Beautiful!!! The idea of adding memories in the border is fantastic - Think I'll use that for my Mom's 80th Birthday quilt.

    Very nice! The beige background gives the quilt a warmer overall feeling (as opposed to bright white).
