    I love your quilt! Thought it would be an applique so it was a pleasant surprise to see the duck is pieced (I don't do applique). I'll have to try and get the pattern. Thanks for the source.

    The 2 1/2 year old has a couple of quilts so she didn't get one this time. Although she got a fleece mitten bag for Christmas. I will post a picture of that when I remember to take one. But you make a big mitten out of fleece and she snuggles in it for her naps when she is home. I want to make another one for her to have at my house.

    THe 2 1/2 year old may not want a quilt so you can have a good design on it and also with some costly embrodry work on it.

    I just love your quilt. I have a book that has a lot of patterns done in 2 1/2" squares, like mosaics, they just turn out so neat. Good way to use up left overs.
