    I saw a similar idea for a table runner so tried it for some donation quilts. I remember trying this years ago with squares. Layer the 3 fabrics and cut the curve through all 3. Sew one piece of each fabric together and then quilt. Learned: use 3 colors with more contrast! I used these to practice some FMQ.

    Very interesting experiment! And....you're free motion quilting is looking very good.
