Gagasmith and I went on a road trip Saturday to three different quilt shops. I found (of course) just the perfect fabric to compliment the Disney 'Princess' fabric that I purchased from a QB member. This quilt is for my 3 yr. old gd. It is only 1/2 completed, but I just couldn't resist showing how is it is coming together. The design was inspired by another QB member. At first I thought the dark purple was going to be too much, but it all came together nicely. Downside to this, I ran out of the purple fabric and have to back to Material Rewards in Dansville to purchase. Darn, another road trip.

Beautiful! I love the pattern, I think I am going to try and copy it! I have embroidered Hummell designs and have been waiting for the perfect design. I sure hope you don't mind! You have inspired me to get it finished now.
