I made a fanquilt years ago not knowing what it was. It was in my mind a blanket for my son and his future bride. Well things went down hill and they went their seperate ways.
Then he met the true love of his life and 14 years later they have the quilt and it is falling apart and she won't part with it long enough for me to repair it. I am thinking of making a new one for them but my son says it will not replace the old one she is in love with. Who knew?
