    I got the pattern from Eleanor Burns from her book Quilts through the seasons. I just love her. The pattern is called
    "Summer Porch" I did another a long time ago, but used stencils as I did not know FMQing. The only thing I did different this time was I only did a 5" final border as it called for 10" and I did not have enough fabric left. The show is on YouTube and called Stitch perfect feathers every time.

    Beautiful, I too have trouble with feathers, the first 3 or 4 are good but they begin to lose their shape the more I do, by the time I get to the last one is looks more like a whirligig. I will watch the video.
