Love both of your quilts, especially the lone star, but would like to know the name of the pattern of the other one, it looks a lot easier.

My little Lap Quilt is a 9 patch, and I made a pinwheel in two sides of the border, very easy...

thanks for asking.. I love that Fabric so much I made sure to get a couple bolts of each before all the quilts shops ran out... :)

Thank you for all the compliments on the Lone Star.. I used Oriental black and ,red, I wanted to do all blacks, Grey, and white but thought it needed a touch of something else so the red went real well. That star fits a California king size bed, and the border was long enough to go over the top of the bed skirt by 4".. I was very pleased how it turned out.

The quilting took a long time, I outlined every diamond, and all the feathering, there is a better picture of it at Sally Terry,com.. it shows the feathering a lot closer.. I absolutely love Sally, she was a instructor of mine at innovations in Tacoma,Wa several yrs ago... I owe a lot of what I have learned over the yrs to her...

Thanks again for looking and your kind words may God Bless you all..
    Lynn
