    Default First attempt at scalloped border

    This is my first scalloped border--I read lots of tutorials on how to make continuous bias binding until I found one that
    I could understand!! Then back to looking up tutorials on scalloped borders.....lots of info out there----I just looked
    until I found some that would work for me....
