    Default First Attempt at Table Runners - Christmas Presents

    I made reversible table runners for our two children for Christmas. The first side is of Fall leaves and the second is Christmas trees. I saw photos of similar runners and designed my own for a test. I also made four small coasters (not big enough for mug rugs) for each of the kids. The final photo shows my attempt at FMQ on my daughter's table runner. Overall, I am happy with how they turned out, but I might try to use an actual pattern next time!

    Nice job on the table runners for not having any pattern, and your quilting is rather nice too. Good job and thanks for sharing.

    Wow they are beautiful. You amaze me doing this without a pattern! Hopefully one day I will be able to do this!
