    those are both great quilts but i must say the bears one,it is my favorite i am a bears fan and i like the way they look like they are tucked in bed under a cover !!!!

    Very nice. How easy is that fabric to work with? I've stuck to 100% cotton quilting fabric.... but the flannel sure is nice to fondle in the store!

    Megs, flannel is very easy to work with. Another nice fabric to use for baby quilts is Minky or Minkee. Not sure the spelling on this. It's a flannel with knobs on it. (for lack of a better explaination.) lol Maybe someone will see this post that knows what I'm talking about and will help me out here.

    I love both of them can you give us the pattern for the second one I have a baby shower that would make a nice one to embroidery the baby's name on

    Weatheread, I used a combination of ideas to make the pink quilt. I bought the bear at Joanne fabric. Embelished it with the stars and thought it still needed something on the bottom so embroidered the name on it. I had no pattern so it's just a mish-mash of ideas.
