    I'm always glad to hear that we are passing on the art of quilting... My now 9 yr old DGD is always coming with ideas that she wants to do... she too started sewing at age 7. Congrats to her...

    My granddaughter and grandson wanted to knit when they were here. They both did a little of it then. Their father sews, but I don't think they are into that. Next time I have the chance, I am going to try to do that with them.

    Cute little quilter, and her finished quilt is great! That's a nice idea to use orphan blocks.
