Default Gettysburg and Thank You

Here are two panels that were passed on to me to do something with, for our veterans. This is what I came up with. The first panel has some tan Gettysburg fabric. I just had a small cut of this but I loved it. On the Thank You panel, I had a small piece of fabric with these border stars in rows that I pieced and used against the panel. Then of course the larger stars are blocks I pieced. I pieced both quilts and two different QOV quilters quilted them. Hope you like them. They will be presented on the 21st of September.

Beautiful quilts--the colors in the first one are so rich--outstanding! I'm sure they will be treasured.
