Default Glowing Stars

In 1999 I drafted the centre Mariner's Compass at a retreat by Diane Jansson (sp?) Then it sat in the closet until 2013 when Elisabrat and Jaba here on the QB started a Round Robin where you worked on your own project, they posted each month's directions. I think it was 2015 when that ended, and back in the closet the top went. Last year I decided to finish it off, and did some machine quilting, but also did big stitch hand quilting, so in 2021, I have a finish! Yay!
It is a 53" square

Oh, that's so pretty! You did wonderful work.

It was nice to hear Elisabrat and Jaba's names mentioned, both having passed on.

Are there pictures anywhere of the other quilts from that RR?

I found the old thread on it by searching for "compass" and my user name and there are photos in it, unfortunately my old PC doesn't let me do links on the QB anymore, so hope you can find it.

When I searched within QB I found Elisabrat's Medallion Style Quilt Along! and it has 1770 posts. It will take a while to go through the thread. After I found the name of the thread I tried searching images on google & duckduckgo. Neither had a whole lot of pictures.

Janey - Neat people never make the exciting discoveries I do.
