    I love the way you used the stars along with the strips...gives a lot of visual interest to the quilt. Very masculine indeed and you did a great job quilting! I'll have to look for the tear away patterns that you mentioned as I haven't tried FMQ as yet. This is a wonderful quilt!

    This a very handsome quilt, perfect for a young man. Just love the colors.You did a great job Auntie...he will love this one a very long time.
