Default Granddaughter's First Quilt a Winner

I know I keep saying I am going to learn to post pictures; well today's the day. Here is her winning quilt--first place at the county fair, plus best of show, in the 4-H entries. I was able to snag a daughter while she is here to pick up a kid, but she is only posting for me; not teaching me how.

I forgot to add that she even did the quilting. That big Gammill did not intimidate her one bit. She went right to work. I cut out and fixed up just a piece of cat fabric (she loves cats) with the batting and backing, showed her how to load it, the bobbin, and rolling. "Piece o cake, Grannie" was her comment. She's 14 and a soccer star to boot. Can you see proud grannie here?????
