    This is a queen size quilt i just finished for my son.

    It's mostly machine stitched. I created big sections and then used hand-stitching to connect them. I found that to be easier than trying to wrassle the whole thing by machine.

    It's quilted in the ditch except for the side insets. you can't see it, but i quilted a circle around each motif and then filled in the backgrounds with cross-hatching.
