Default Hillside Houses Mini, by Pretty Little Things

I'm working my way thru a FQ bundle so these are the same fabrics used in my Dresden Wonky Neighborhood. This pattern is available from Blueprint and currently is only $1. The pattern provides measurements for a lap, Wallhanging, and mini and was a QAL in 2015. This is the mini and, though the pattern was well written and easy to follow, color placement and teeny tiny pieces to match up were a bit challenging....at least for me it was. There is one block in this mini that has parts of 5 different houses in it so keeping track of color placement almost did my head in...lol... It is so not perfect...some windows aren't aligned and one HST triangle was the wrong side of roof fabric but, since I'm keeping this, I didn't tear apart and try to redo...

I tried 2 new techniques with this: I bought a ruler foot for domestic and a ruler to SID. Got pretty good at it but there are some definite wobbles.. Also, I did the binding with the backing technique. Pretty simple but not sure I like the look...

The night fabric looks like stars, the windows colors give it a lighted windows at night look. I think it is perfect. What is the name of your little town?
