    Default Hosta Placemats

I made these hosta placemats for a friend who belongs to a hosta club and wanted something to donate to auction off. I really don't usually make requests. I just like to make whatever pops into my mind but I did find this hosta material and made these placemats. They look rather plain and I thought about putting a butterfly appliqué on them but decided not to. I made a cutting booboo on the second photo so it was just a practice one. I bought new material for the second one. I sent both because I thought maybe my friend could use the second one. I did these things by hand.
