    maybe just stipple or crosshatch behind the dragons, or if the have like an all over fire pattern for the background, that would look nice

    Those are the most adorable dragons. Just do minimal quilting as you do not want to ruin the cuteness of this quilt.

    That's really cute! I'd do some filler designs in the background, matching the thread to the background color so that it just adds texture. You could do a different pattern in each block for some variety. Swirls and wavy lines are easy. Check out Leah Day's site. You could practice a few and see what inspires you.

    I Love It! You did an awesome job! I would probably just outline each dragon and then do like a starburst effect coming out from each dragon to the edges of each square.
