Default I conquered the beast :)

I have always wanted to make a double wedding ring quilt - but I was afraid. My nephew is getting married this summer so I decided to dig in and make one.

Wow! it was a lot of work. They have a king size bed so this thing is monster size (at least for me) 113" x 102"

This is just the quilt top. Tomorrow I am taking it to the long armer. I am so excited I have never sent a quilt out to be long armed before

    Thanks for looking

You did a beautiful job! They will love it. Please post a picture of it when quilted! I have one about 1/2 done--when I run across it again it will get finished.

That is a very large quilt. No wonder you sent it out. You did a very nice job in piecing this not so easy quilt top.
