    Beautiful new style...beautiful soul.

I applaud everyone who has donated to these causes. I have to wear a wig myself for a medical problem and know how hard it is to wear them. I just read the website for Wigs for Kids and I am so impressed with how these wigs are custom made for each child and are designed to be worn during swimming, sports activities, etc. The cost of the wigs is $1,500. That is a lot of money. So for those that can't donate their hair and monetary donation would really help too.

I am not affiliated with this company. Just think it is a wonderful cause. I wish they had this available for adults!

How awesome for you to do that. You look great with your new stylish hairdo. Very becoming.

I have done this twice - my 20" braid from when I was 12 and mom cut it and then about 8 years ago I had about 15". I sent both in at the same time to Locks of Love and because I have never dyed/tinted/bleached/or??? to my hair, they were able to use it. I received a letter stating they were able to make three wigs out of what I sent. (I have thick hair).

WOW! That is awesome! Your hair looks cute! What a nice thing to do for a child. How do you go about doing this? I've always wanted to. I wonder what the minimum is?
