    I love my dog also. I certainly like the quilt for your son. For some reason quilters seem to trend toward cats. Why? My dog doesn't claw at my fabric, swipe at my machine, get fur all over my supplies. He loves me unconditionally. Checks on me when piecing but doesn't bother me unless it's for a pat on the head - gladly. Usually, a kiss is to follow from him.

    Thank you to everyone. It was a fun project using up several leftovers. I had to change my plans to accommodate some small pieces but all in all, am happy with the result.
    The quilting is so perfect. Beatrice from Pumpkin Patch Quilting in Chilliwack, B.C. always comes up with appropriate designs. Warren will love the paws and bones too.
