Yes, when I moved the chair to get a good view of the design wall (small sewing room, no extra room), I did wake Hot Rod up. I didn't give him time to figure out what was going on before I took the picture. Usually he is much more relaxed looking... Here is yesterday's picture, (3 more rows added....very slow process) though he still doesn't look totally contented.

    Dina, that's looking really good!
Bargellos are my favorite quilt and when I need a relaxing one to work on...I pick one of them to do. LOL
I know I'm crazy but I absolutely love watching the fabric patterns come to life.

As you go, you'll find it coming together faster. With Derek's patterns I found on the first one I did, it took
me weeks to get started. But when I finally did...WOW and it even got better as I went along.
    Keep going!!

It IS starting to go quicker and liking the pattern sure helps. I am already playing with border ideas....as I am not sure I really want the outer border to be black. Guess I ought to finish the center first.

Can't wait to see it finished!!!!! I wonder why some of those gorgeous bargello quilts are so intimidating to me? Should I just jump in there and give it a try? Or get more confidence first?

Your quilt is going to be awesome and I'm sure your quilt inspector would agree. Beautiful cat.
