    Default improv baby quilt

The past year has been kinda crazy for me -- we bought a new house and moved, but in the middle of that process had to deal with Hurricane Irma -- so I've gotten a bit behind on my quilting and sharing here. I did manage to make a baby quilt for my BFF's first granddaughter, though. This was done after I took an online class on improv piecing. The baby was born just before Christmas, a beautiful Christmas gift for everyone!

I did some "ghost" diamonds in the quilting:

The back was pieced from some flannel I had in my stash:

That quilt is breathtaking. I like everything about it, front, back, quilting. You are a very talented artist.
