Jenni M posted a request for her Memorial Scholarship Raffle, (you can read about it here http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-102846-1.htm). I decided to finish off the two baby quilt tops I had done last year and send them off to her.

Here they are, finally finished and will be sent out hopefully tomorrow or Friday. I hope these are good enough, tons of mistakes but I am learning as I go. I wasn't sure how to quilt the one with the blue flannel backing. Should it be quilted more?

One Green Strip on Binding! This is where one of the "mistakes" happened and my solution to fixing it. I didnt have the backing tucked under far enough in one small spot and the rotary cutter found it lol

those are wonderful baby quilts, that's the thing about making quilts, we are the only ones critical of ourselves that even notice mistakes. Great job and Jenni will be thrilled. I am sending her some of my stuff too, she will hopefully raise lots of money in her beloved son's memory...

I have to tell you that the tears are rolling right now. The quilts are just beautiful and so is your sweet spirit. I want you to know how much I appreciate what you have done to help me with Joshua's scholarship. It has been so cold and rainy here in Ohio and your kindness has lifted an otherwise sad soul. You are the best. Thank you!
