    Default La Pass Squared

I have squared the La Pass and am working on the borders. I have decided to put them on by hand. I had a hard time trimming it up but it is done. I did not EPP. I marked 1/4" seam and sewed it together.

Lovely! Maybe you can use your trimmed pieces appliquéd on the border.

You did an excellent job with putting enough lights in this quilt to make it beautiful and well balance without having it be overly busy.

Fantastic planning of design! I have seen several of these posted and I salute all of you quilters who do this quilt. But this is the first one I have seen where the fabric was arranged so you could see circles. That is just ingenious. I could be mistaken, but it even looks like a couple of the larger circles were made to look ringed with flowers. This is a true prize winner we are looking at.

Beautiful! I'm still debating with myself whether to square mine up or appliqué the rosettes onto the border.
