    Default Little projects for presents

It’s been so hot here lately (now abt 100 F at 1 pm and still supposed to climb up....), it zaps most of my energy and since I’ve got no aircon in my sewing room and not enough space in my living or bedroom (both with Aircon) to shift my sewing stuff there, I’m just concentrating on small quickly done projects 😁
I’ve made another bag, also a little jewellery tray for a friend to put on the bedside table and today I made this bread roll basket for a church friend who’s had her birthday 😄 It’s reversible and washable and I put 2 layers of wadding in the center square to make it a little more sturdy. I hope she likes it and finds good use for it and of course it can also be used for anything else not just for bread rolls 😉 Thanks for watching ♥️

Your projects are beautiful, especially the bag. It looks like you've made the best of a "hot" thing. If only you could a little of that heat (20 degrees would be heavenly) here to the Midwest USA . . . we're shivering with cold temps and lots of snow, more than we've had in 10 to 15 years. Would you like to join in the exchange?

I would gladly be in it !!! I do hope we get a cold winter this year, meaning where you really have to wear a coat or warm jacket, the last ones have been nearly shorts and T-shirts !!! at least during the days .... Good luck and keep warm!!! ♥️

Love all your small projects! Sure wish I was experiencing some of your heat. Snow and winds here! Burr

Cute projects! When it gets really hot, it does sap your energy. Keep a cool drink on hand to stay hydrated and work on your small things in the early morning or after dark.

I feel for you. I cannot stand hot weather. It gets really humid here in the summer. I too have been making bags. I donate mine to children who have just been taken into foster care.

On my side of the world I am cold. Sorry about your heat wave. Your projects are very pretty. Good for you for working during the heat wave.

Very nice small gifts. Sorry you are so hot. Today we have 14" of snow and expecting more within the next 2 days. It was 7 degrees this morning when I got up! Brrrrrrr
