thanks everyone. It was from a flyer someone gave me, I think it was Dotty (dotcomdtcm)
it was a free pattern from I don't know where. I resized it to a 12" block, originally a 7 x 10.
the piecing was easy, and the bow applique easy too. then I quilted it on Jeanne's LA. like she said in swirls.
