I made 4 mug rugs to match the Ohio State quilt which I put as my avatar.
The quilt was for my brother last year, and this year he'll get mug rugs made out of the same fabric. He is an active Ohio State fan. He needs some uplifting lately. He is on the list for a kidney transplant and just started dialysis. Plus this week he'll have a heart cath to check on his heart. He is so far away in Ohio while I'm in NC. Hope he likes the mug rugs and when using them knows I am thinking of him.

What a great sister you are--those are so cute and I love your quilt. (Although after the beatin' OSU gave PennState yesterday, I can't look at those colors LOL). Prayers for your brother..

Well, yes. Only bigger so you can put your mug on one side and your bagel or muffin on the other side. All the best dressed desks wear them!

I bought some at a craft fair yesterday. They were handstitched around the edges..they were small hexagon shape and she sold a set of 6 for $5.00. hardly worth her time and fabric but I was GLAD of the price...She used christmas fabrics.. Will be nice for holiday cheer...
