this is my current work in progress....i have to make 2 more blocks and then gonna put it all together. My friend asked if i would make her a quilt and i said sure so we went to the fabric store together and this is what she picked out. she said just wanted something simple so just did the 2 different block variation. i was thinking of using that brown for the sashing? what do you think? and i also am gonna make a piano key border with all the extra fabric. please dont mind the loose threads and that some of the blocks need squared up still. like i said its a work in progress :D

You are off to a good start. Looks like it will be a bit difficult with her fabric choices.
