Wow!! That is fantastic. Love the "black" borders as that really sets it off. Too, I enjoyed seeing how you chose to quilt it.
How big is this? I hope a good size for display, not just on a bed or folded as it deserves to be admired.
    Great job!

It's wonderful! Now that you've got EPP down, will you do more?

I started a Tula Nova in late March. Oh. My. Goodness.... It might end up a cushion rather than a quilt! I don't dislike doing it, but chosing the fabrics for each unit is challenging. I should have done as you did, and done a simple, randomly colored EPP project first.

Until I saw the enlarged border, I was going to ask if you'd appliqued it onto a background. That's a great finish, and makes the colors really pop.

I think you learned to EPP very well. That is a beautiful quilt! I made a block large enough to make a pillow and gave up. Kudos to you for sticking with it and finishing.

Great persistence and a beautiful finish to show for it. Love the black frame. I don't have the patience to do one but it is lovely.

It's beautiful. Did you do Y seams when connecting the pieces? Those weren't my favorite to do when I did my 5" hexie quilt.

Love your quilt. Love the border that you created! Since I taught myself to quilt, I wouldn't know how to begin a hexie quilt, but I would take a class. Never EPPed either. Yours is inspiring!
