    What a beautiful gorgeous quilt! I love the background color, love the blocks and how they create movement and love the burgundy for accent. Just beautiful! :thumbup:

    This is absolutely gorgeous! I bought the Mexican Star pattern a couple of years ago but haven't made it yet because the pattern is only for a wall quilt and I wanted to do a bed quilt.
    Did you have a pattern for this or was it your own creation? Please let me know where to find the pattern if there is one.

    Oh me I have been working on this pattern and its trying to me, I hope I get somewhere with it one day...Believe my DIL packed it up when she was here. Where oh where have you gone my little mexican star?? In the sky so far??

    I would almost consider getting married again if you would make this quilt for me. ;) I am 69 and have been single for the last 21 years so you know that I am kidding. But the quilt is really stunning!
