And I bet she had a memory for each of those little pieces of fabrics...I love looking at my scrap quilts and remembering an item I made from the pieces...very, very beautifully done !

oh my...not what I expected to see..but wow..that is great...love the black sashing...makes each block look so bright, bold and daring...yet fun, adventurous, and inviting! Lucky you...and kudos to mom...she did great!

Mom wanted me to post and say thank you for all the wonderful comments. This is her first quilt and we spent a alot of time in the planning before she went after it, but after years of not having time to sew she is having an absolutely wonderful time again!
