Wow, what a great guy you have. Hey, that black cat fabric you got, would you tell me how much you have and if you might be interested in selling that piece? I have one lonely fat quarter of the same fabric and my friends little girl loves cats and that piece of material and would love a quilt make out of it, but I can never find anymore like it.
I will pay shipping of course.
    Let me know, Thanxs
I do not have a DH, nor do I have any kids, so this is one holiday that just passes me by. lol

CHawk, you'll appreciate this. I sign everything with peace signs, too. When my DGD was about 6 years old she found my key ring which has a rhinestone (read gaudy) peace symbol dangling from it. She says: Oh Grandma these are so out of style-you need to get a new keychain. I looked at her and said (me, the great philosopher LOL) Peri, peace never goes out of style. Got the typical rolling of the eyes look.
Fast forward to last month, she's 13 and shows up with peace sign earings and peace signs all over her purse. She says to me: Grandma Peace never goes out of style. Do you believe she actually remembered me saying that to her?

Our local Goodwill has fabric, that's where I get my 5 dollar grab bags (good size ones too). And the prices are fairly decent on the other things they have. But you drive over into the valley and it's like everything there is marked as if it were gold. I offered them 10 bucks for it and she told me they don't do discounts.

Someone had fun,. What a haul. Like the info about the witch ball. I have one, maybe I'll hang it in my window.
