I prefer the one on the left (looking at the screen, the one nearest the yellow cat). The dots that make up the circles complement the dots in the sashing.

I love the border on the left best as it seems to pop out the cat pictures. Cute quilt.

I prefer the left - the dots that form the pattern mimic the dots in the sashing, unifying the whole quilt! Absolutely darling!

This was my thought too. I like the left one OK but I think it is a little too dramatic and distracting to my eyes. Maybe you could just flip a coin? lol
