This is called "hexagon puzzle" and it is in the book Quick and Easy Scrap Quilts by Leisure Arts on page 80. Have the book here in front of me.

Not sure I can figure it out with the infor given on the site---but so pretty.

I see 6 *kite* shapes that form a hexagon, then a matching colored triangle-point added to the 6 matching colors. Then whie hexagons inbetween.
