    Very nicely done. Did you make the red, white and blue button on the first one? It really sets the bag off.

    On the first one, the flower I attached to the flap of the pocket is from the same fabric as the pocket, and made by one of those Yo-Yo makers by Clover. It isn't a button, just decoration, and it is sewn on through the pocket to help keep the flap down. The sun button is gold-tone metal with crystals in the points, and a face in the middle. That is one of the buttons I got from Lotsofbuttons.com and I love it! It also is sewn on to help keep the flap down. In the brown one, the three yo-yo flowers (ovals) are also from another Clover yo-yo maker and I made them with coordinating fabrics. The brown flower button on the other flap is made of leather.
