    A quilter named Noriko Endo does this kind of confetti technique, just Google her name. The texture is so cool, great job!! Beautiful dog.

    I have a book that uses this technique I think. It is called snippets. I can't remember who it is written by. It is fun. Great way to use up your scraps and crumbs.
