    I was going to ask if you gave her a discount for such meticulous prep work ...... it IS a lovely top .....

    However, you did such a gorgeous quilting job, you earned and deserve every penny you earned.....

    wow...you both done awesome jobs....it is one of the prettiest log cabin I ever seen...
    now I starch a lot of the doll clothes I make before sewing..and some of the fabric for the purses too.

    It is gorgeous and so is your quilting.

    i understand your joy with a beautifully done quilt. I have had one lady actually have gathers putting a border on a strippy quilt that had bias edges. The roll of excess fabric was one inch high going diagonally for a foot. I had to quilt with my hand on the quilt easing out the fullness
