    Default Picnic quilt

I saw a similar quilt at an Estate Sale but it was already on someone else’s stack. She was nice enough to allow me to snap a picture and I copied it. It took quite a while to find the “picnic tablecloth” fabric I remember from my childhood. Mom’’s was always red but beggars can’t always be choosers.

Where did you find that green tablecloth fabric? My mom had red also. Three years ago there was a vendor at Houston that had antique tablecloths and I managed to purchase it with napkins. But I have never seen it since. I'd love to have green or blue also.

Cute quilt! I have not seen the basket quilt block in quite that arrangement before.
