    Default Pre cuts debris

I received a donation of many precuts. I don't usually buy them, so not experienced in some of the 'side effects'. After sewing the long black strips of pinked edged black, this is the view of my lap LOL

Run a lint roller over the jellyrolls before opening them up. Lots!

Yep, I've also experienced that with pinked precuts!

Yep, you need a lint roller with lots of sheets of papers.

Just a well for laps otherwise it is straight onto the floor and then it ends up being a vacuum job

Yes, they can leave quite a mess behind. My ironing board is another area that is a debris field.

I only have this problem with jelly rolls that have the pinked edges. On the other hand I seem to get more of this little clutter from any black fabric. I suspect it is the color that is so much easier to see. I agree, a roller or one of the old fashioned clothes brushes will do the trick.

This solution costs money! I would hold the skirt/apron near the bottom, carefully walk outside and brush this stuff off into my lawn/flower-bed/garden. Organic stuff makes fertilizer. Otherwise it can fall to the floor for a while and stay there until I sweep/vacuum next time.
