    Default A Quilt for our First Grandson, William
    After 6 wonderful little granddaughters, we were blessed with our 1st grandson, William. Although he was born June 24th, grandma just finished his quilt. It was a fun quilt to design & make. The colors are the colors his room is decorated in and the giraffe, hippo & owl are copies of wall hangings in his room. I did hand quilt this - although I enjoyed quilting this, I would never tackle a full size quilt (it would never get finished!!!).

    Congratulations on your first grandson and what a wonderful quilt you have created for him! I'm sure his room is adorable! I love everything about this quilt ~ your design, colors and your hand quilting is lovely! Great job!
