I love the pattern and the beautiful fabric colors. I think with the bird pattern you could draft all the other blocks yourself, good luck!

I think it would be easy to make up yourself. It looks like someone just used blocks that they liked and made up a sample. I have seen the bird block before and I believe it is paper pieced but not sure. Good luck on your research.

Just found this reference to the quilt, named Fall Jumble, but couldn't find it on her pinterest boards. Perhaps you could message her, although she does say her blocks 'just seemed to fit', so it seems there was no pattern.
