Default Quilty Barn along blocks--weathervane and silo!

Two more done. The weathervane gave me FITS! I did more ripping on one little 6 inch block than I've ever done! I love the silo block. I made the silo blue since that's what we have next to our red barn here on the farm. I think I'm going to embroider our last name on the silo since it's on the silo at home here as well!

The barn blocks are a free tutorial from Lori Holt from Bee In MyBonnet. She has a great website! Blocks finish at 16" square. The silo block is in this link too. She puts a 'new' block tutorial out every 2 weeks for the Quilty Barn Along.
