    Default RailFence Variation

Here's a quick quilt I recently completed. The pattern is a freebie on Wilmington Prints site, called Royal Retro. It finished at 62 x 76. The fabric line is also Royal Retro by Amy Shaw. Love the way this worked up. Really love the fabric. My pics don't show the richness or depth of the fabrics. Hoping my DGD likes this and decides she wants to take it home
    Thanks for looking!

Oh I really like this. In all the rail fence quilts I've made and donated I never thought to put a sashing in there. This takes rail fence to a whole new level doesn't it? Really pretty fabrics. The blue almost looks like sahphires.

Wow-- what a difference the sashings make! If she doesn't want it I'm sure you can find many who will.....got a list yet?
