Wow! Just love it. It looks so inviting... perfect for cozy nights at home or to cover up around a campfire, or a long road trip. I initially thought that was denim that was peeking through. Blue flannel would be much easier to work with & not so stiff. I just may have to make one of these for myself this fall. Thanks for sharing!

Definitely a cozy quilt for colder days...love the red flannel. I have not done a rag quilt yet. What size is yours?

I haven't measured it but I started with 10" blocks and tried to sew 1/2" seams, so I'm going to say my quilt is about 54" x 63".

I love rag quilts except for all the cutting. I have a list of them I want to do for our charity group. I'm working on one that is a spanish bond pattern that I took from a brick layers website. I'm going to bind the outer edge because I think they look a little more finished that way. Thanks for sharing yours.

Very snuggly looking and great choice of colors! I've never made a rag quilt and probably won't. I think I would get very bored with all the snipping that needs to be done, and I'm not sure my hands could handle that task very easily.

Oooh, it looks like I'd like to cuddle up in this one. I love the red plaid.

Love those Scottish looking red plaids. The denim blue looks like it's a sashing. Very well done!
