    The embroidery stitch I used on this was a backstitch with one strand of DMC floss. I have tried a lot of different threads, but still find that my best work is done with one strand of DMC embroidery floss.

    I am anxious to try the Cosmos threads that I have been reading about, but have not ordered any yet.

    My goodness -- that is just wonderful!! And the workmanship is remarkable -- both the hand embroidery and the hand quilting!! :D :thumbup:
