That turned out gorgeous!!! I remember seeing your fabric before and thinking how pretty the movement in the water would work up - and it did with bells on! I love the dark blue inner border, it really sets it off a treat and with binding to match it will be perfect! :-D

Now, ready to start cutting on another one yet?

I am so proud you all love my quilt.

I have had several members want to know what fabric this is. This is all I know. I have checked online and can't find it anywhere. I am so sorry. I purchased it over 2 1/2 years ago at a little shop that carriers older fabrics.

It's wonderful - a very successful OBW, for sure!
I remember seeing your fabric before in the cutebuns tutorial. I just knew it would work out beautifully. Congrats!

    Thanks for looking.

Thank you again to Cutebuns, you are great.
I LOVE the fabric you used. When I was looking at the sample and picking fabric for mine they told me it had to be very large print and a minimum of detail & colors used......wrong.....I've seen so many with the tiniest prints and a lot of color.....hummmmm....BTW--I have not finished mine yet....will someday, but too many other priorities right now. Ellen 1,
I agree with you regarding the number of colors in the print for a OBW. I've done one that had 17 colors in the print. I made one with 6 different fabrics, which had some of the same colors in each so it worked together. For instance two fabrics were black and white, another black, white, cream, green and red, another green and lighter green, another yellowgreen and yellow, and the last was 2 values of brown.
If you go with a smaller sized print, then cut your strips narrower, and if a larger print, cut strips wider. They all seem to work out in the end, amazingly so.
